Girls on Fire Camp

About the Program

The Blue Springs Police Department's Community and Youth Outreach Unit, in partnership with the Blue Springs Fieldhouse, is offering a free, half day, week-long workshop for girls ages 12 to 17 for residents or students of the Blue Springs School District.

The Girls on Fire Camp addresses the unique set of challenges facing young girls by encouraging healthy relationships, discipline, self-esteem, and health and wellness. Through a series of interactive presentations and physical fitness activities, girls will be introduced to concepts and healthy practices that enhance their self esteem.

Class Schedule

This class is offered over the Blue Springs School District's Spring and Summer breaks.  The Summer Girls on Fire Camp  summer dates are:

  • June 26-30
  • August 7-11
