The Assistant City Administrator of Finance and Administrative Services is responsible for the oversight of the city’s internal service departments such as:
  • Budget
  • Finance
  • License Bureau
  • Information Technology 
  • Municipal Court
  • Revenue Collection
  • Utility Billing
Additional Responsibilities
Additionally, the Assistant City Administrator of Finance and Administrative Services:
  • Is responsible for working with the Mayor and City Council to resolve various citizen issues and requests
  • Assists with the formation of the city’s annual Capital Improvements Program and annual budget
  • Is the acting City Administrator when designated
