Situated on a wooded slope on the eastern edge of Blue Springs, the natural setting of Tequesta Village will offer residents a lovely outdoor space. This new multi-family development is located on Highway AA and will include 123 units in three-, four- and five-plexes with a neighborhood clubhouse and swimming pool.

East Forty Brewing and Taproom will be joining Main Street in 2018.
Orscheln Farm and Home
Orscheln Farm and Home will be coming to the former Price Chopper South building located at 1100 S Highway 7. The store is slated to open in the first quarter of 2018.

Rae’s Café is located at 1605 S Highway 7 and offers homemade dishes with a family touch. This new restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch and features daily specials along with a robust menu.
New homes continue to be constructed in the popular Parkway Estates located in southern Blue Springs. There are currently 98 active building permits in this development with more homes slated for construction in 2017.
This area is an L-shaped development and is both north and west of the Colonial Gardens. Crews have started framing the outer sidewalk and shovels are in the ground. Once complete, it will feature 33 buildings for 66 total units.
Construction on this residential development is moving along as we enter the height of the construction season. An adjacent proposed commercial
development with a Sunfresh Market is working through the City’s planning process.
Dwellings By Design KC will add 8 new homes in the Downtown corridor.
