Your weekend relaxation starts here with Yoga in the Park! Our Fieldhouse instructors will lead you through a series of poses designed to improve balance, flexibility, and breathing. Registration starts at 7:00am, with the yoga practice beginning at 7:30am. Please bring a towel or yoga mat, and wear comfortable clothing.Link to page
