Why did you choose a career in the fitness field?
I’ve been on both ends of the spectrum from loving myself and my body, to having many insecurities. This journey has taught me so many things. I wanted to help others find the version of themselves that they’ve always wanted to see.
What is your personal philosophy on fitness?
Fitness goes beyond a strong body. Being strong enough to identify your weaknesses and keeping your mind sharp will improve how you perform in any area of life.
What is your favorite part of working as a personal trainer?
I absolutely love teaching and informing others so that they can use the tools I give them to help themselves improve and live a fulfilled life.
What are your specialties or areas of interest?
Strength and conditioning, safe exercise for back pain, weight training for beginners, and those looking to improve their overall health.
