Why did you choose a career in the fitness field?
I am passionate about optimizing health and human performance. I am a true “people person” and thrive on helping others achieve their goals while making long lasting change to their health and fitness.
What is your personal philosophy on fitness?
I use evidence-based principles of exercise science while drawing from my own experiences to help clients achieve their goals. Whether this is sports performance, weight-loss, general health, or anything in between; I will provide a personalized solution while working around limitations or previous injuries to help you achieve your fitness goals.
What is your favorite part of working as a personal trainer?
My favorite part of personal training is connecting with my clients while helping them achieve their fitness goals, I enjoy watching clients grow and progress both inside and out of the gym.
What are your specialties or areas of interest?
I work with people of all fitness levels, from novice to advanced, as well as any age group from youth athletes to active older adults. Some of my notable experience includes implementing a pilot sports performance program for Park Universities soccer team during my undergrad, as well as recently completing my master’s degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation.
