We know that good nutrition is a key element in living a longer healthier life. That’s why great care is taken to prepare meals that are not only healthy but delicious.

Each menu is reviewed by our Vesper Hall menu committee and a certified dietician. Low in sodium and cholesterol meals are prepared in such a manner so persons with diabetes or hypertension can accommodate their diets.

All meals are planned by a registered dietician to provide one-third of the Recommended Daily Allowance of nutrients for adults.
