What if I do not appear in Court on my court date?

Once you fail to appear in court, a payable ticket is no longer payable, and you will be required to appear in court.

A warrant may also be issued for your arrest. If a warrant is issued, you may do one of the following options to take care of the warrant:

  1. Post a cash bond,
  2. Turn yourself into jail and remain in jail until the earliest court date,
  3. Appear on Monday, Wednesday or Friday at 11:00 a.m. to speak with the Judge during our Prisoner Arraignment docket about paying the ticket or resetting your court date, or
  4. Speak with an attorney.
