Bob McDonald has served as the City Attorney for the City of Blue Springs since 1985. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law and graduated cum laude in 1974 and was Lead Article & Book Review Editor for the Missouri Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif.

In addition to serving as the City Attorney for Blue Springs, Bob has also served as the Municipal Judge for the City of Lake Tapawingo since 1974.
