Background

Here in Blue Springs, we strive to be business friendly and solution focused.  In order to achieve this, we are working in three (3) key goal areas tied to our adopted “Guiding Principle” of Innovation.  In summary those development goals are:

Customer Care Surveys
A key component in the Enhanced Customer Service strategy, are the Customer Care Surveys.  These surveys give us measurable data to improve internal processes and to gage customer satisfaction.
