The
City Administrator is appointed by the City Council and is responsible for the implementation of policies and decision made by the
Mayor and City Council.
The City Administrator:
- Prepares and submits an annual budget and a five-year Capital Improvement Program to the Council for consideration
- Serves as the Council’s chief advisor
- Is responsible for the administration of all City personnel
The Administrator makes recommendations to the City Council regarding:
- Capital Improvements
- Municipal Financing
- Planning and Growth
- Economic Development
- Services and Program
