The City Administrator is appointed by the City Council and is responsible for the implementation of policies and decision made by the Mayor and City Council.

The City Administrator:
  • Prepares and submits an annual budget and a five-year Capital Improvement Program to the Council for consideration
  • Serves as the Council’s chief advisor
  • Is responsible for the administration of all City personnel

The Administrator makes recommendations to the City Council regarding:
  • Capital Improvements
  • Municipal Financing
  • Planning and Growth
  • Economic Development
  • Services and Program
