Fees Due Upon Reservation

  • Deposit (Deposit is refunded if facility is left in good condition)
  • Surcharge (Applies to individuals who do not live or own a business in Blue Springs)
  • $150 Guarantee Fee (This fee applies anytime the multi-purpose room or entire building is reserved. It is applied to the rental balance but is non- refundable
