Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) is a volunteer position with no arrest powers. NCOs perform duties that do not require the services of commissioned police officers. NCOs are part of the 

These duties include:

  • Parking enforcement
  • Prisoner processing
  • Taking walk-in reports
  • Special events
  • Other duties that do not require the services of a commissioned police officer
