The Investigations Unit is responsible for follow-up investigations involving criminal cases.

The Investigations Unit:
  • Gathers physical evidence
  • Prepares cases for presentation to City and State prosecuting attorneys for disposition

The unit is lead by Detective Sgt. Joe Fanara, who oversees eight full-time detectives and a unit secretary.
