Businesses wishing to sell liquor in the City of Blue Springs must obtain a liquor license from the City of Blue Springs, Jackson County and the State of Missouri and have a valid City of Blue Springs Business License.

The Revenue Collections Division in conjunction with the Blue Springs Police Department and the Community Development Codes Enforcement Division issues all City Liquor License.

An instruction sheet is provided to help in the completion of the application. Once forms have been fully completed, you will need to submit them to the Revenue Collections Division at City Hall for continued processing and approval.
