You must obtain State and County Liquor Licenses in addition to a City of Blue Springs Liquor License. A valid City Liquor License is needed to apply for a Jackson County License.

Once the State Liquor License is received, the original document must be presented to the Revenue Collections Department to receive your City of Blue Springs License.
