In May of 2006, the kickoff of the Renew the Blue process was held with Stakeholders representing a variety of demographics, including both citizens and businesses. The Stakeholders were charged with identifying what Blue Springs should look like 10, 15, and 20 years from today. As ideas were generated and thoughts were processed, there were five Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) identified. These five KPA's are listed below with a link to the final report for each area.
