Annual Citizen Survey
2013 Citizen Survey
The citizen survey was administered by ETC Institute of Olathe, Kansas, a professional market research firm. Its purpose is to assess citizen satisfaction with the delivery of major City services and to help determine priorities for the community.
The survey was administered in the winter of 2013 by mail and phone to a random sampling of residents and represented each of the City’s council districts equally. In total there were 619 respondents to the survey. The overall results of the survey have a precision of at least +/- 4 percent at a 95% level of confidence. The city conducted similar surveys in 2000, 2003, 2004, 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2010.
