Additionally, experts say that 30 minutes of daily movement helps promote increased wellness and a heart-healthy lifestyle.
To promote the positive results of better health, and to keep our community on the march toward being more physically active, Mayor Carson Ross created Blue Springs' first March with the Mayor community walking series to get citizens engaged in positive, healthy movement.
