I chose to become a personal trainer to help others find the same love and passion in fitness that I do, help others become healthier, and to inspire other people.
What is your personal philosophy on fitness?
My personal philosophy on fitness is that it should be a part of your normal daily routine, just as brushing your teeth is. In this day and age, we can’t rely on typical lifestyles to consist of whole, home-cooked foods and walking everywhere anymore. We have too much access to everything and that can cause a super convenient, lazy lifestyle. So we have to MAKE FITNESS A LIFESTYLE.
What is your favorite part of working as a personal trainer?
Building the relationships and seeing how the positive results affect my clients. I have made a great friend in every client I’ve ever had.
What are your specialties or areas of interest?
Although I’ve worked with every gender, age range, fitness competitors, and physical ability, my specialty areas would be building muscle and losing body fat.
