This program was developed by the Arthritis Foundation and is a simple low impact walking program used to help people with arthritis and improve overall health. This 6-week program meets 3 days a week for 1-hour each day. Participants are expected to keep a walking diary and come to all group meetings. This activity will involve social interaction, exercise and fun.
