Why did you choose a career in the fitness field?
My experience in sports is what led me to make a living out of health and fitness. After many years of experience with an athletic background in baseball, soccer, and boxing, I wanted to be the strength coach that I never had who has the ability help others reach the next level of athletic performance.
What is your personal philosophy on fitness?
Being able to move well and have adequate strength is something we all need throughout life. Thus, my training philosophy is to create a program that is designed to fit those needs and the unique needs of the individual while mastering the foundational lifts and demonstrating proficient movement quality.
What is your favorite part of working as a personal trainer?
I enjoy seeing individuals grow in and out of the gym. I know first-hand how confidence tends to grow when someone begins to improve and see results. I love educating individuals and creating a fun environment where they can enjoy the journey towards their goals.
What are your specialties or areas of interest?
I specialize in developing individualized exercise programs with the use of assessments, goal setting, and scientifically backed methodology to achieve a desired personal goal. I’m a specialist in enhancing sports performance for athletes of all backgrounds, age, and skill levels.
