Silver and Strong

Gain strength and flexibility even as you grow older.  This exercise program will be geared towards older adults to grow and maintain muscle strength.  We will also include general diet concepts to help with your exercise routine.  This class will meet once a week for 6-weeks.  The meetings will be led by an instructor and the sessions will last 45 minutes each time.  All classes will be held at Vesper Hall. 

Fee: $36

When:  Wednesdays, 8 - 8:45 a.m. 

Dates: September 11 - October 16

Where: Vesper Hall, 400 NW Vesper St.
