Why did you choose a career in the fitness field?
I have been focused on my personal fitness for years and through two pregnancies and I realized how happy it made/makes me feel and wanted to help others feel the same way.
What is your personal philosophy on fitness?
The beginning is the hardest part, after that it becomes a way of life and a necessity for your body and mind.

Knowing that I helped someone achieve something that makes them healthier each day.
