Endurance & Durability for High School Athletes

Led by personal trainer Jamal Mabry, high school athletes can improve and master their athletic development skills anytime of the year. For in-season or off-season athletes, skills and exercises taught will improve sprinting, foot-strike mechanics, and injury prevention. Improve your body's endurance and durability to perform through all seasons of play. 

Ages 15-18: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:30-4:30 p.m.

December Session: Tuesdays - December 6, 13, 20, 27 

 and Thursdays - December 8, 15, 22, 29

COST: 1x/week $40; 2x/week $80 for Fieldhouse Members;  

1x/week $48; 2x/week $96 for Non-Fieldhouse Members
