If you ever wanted to learn to paint, but wanted to find an easy method, Blue Springs Parks and Recreation has just the class. Come learn to Paint by Number with our monthly class, beginning in January. 

As you paint the canvas following the shapes marked with a number that corresponds to a color, the picture will emerge as you finish the project.
