Income Pre-Screening - potential buyers may submit an income pre-screening form to staff for review prior to completing a full application. Pre-screening forms can be submitted to Shana Kelly by
e-mail.
Application Packet - buyers must complete the application and provide all necessary documents at least 3 weeks prior to their scheduled or anticipated closing date.
