The Independence Housing Authority serves all of Jackson County, including Blue Springs. Please contact the Independence Housing Authority (IHA) at (816) 836-9200. They are located at 210 S. Pleasant, Independence, MO 64050. Currently, IHA is only accepting applications for Public Housing. The Section 8 waiting list is currently closed.
