Down, damaged or missing street signs should be reported to the Streets Division of Public Works. They can be reported online using Request Tracker the City’s online service request system or you can call (816) 228 0195, Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. If the down, missing or damaged sign is a stop sign, it should be reported immediately as this is a public safety concern.
