Speaker Appearance Form

  1. Anyone wishing to address the City Council, Planning Commission, or other City Board or Commission either in a Public Hearing or in the Visitors Section of the Agenda, must complete a Speaker’s Appearance Form prior to the meeting. Forms completed online should be submitted before 4:30 p.m. the day of the Council or Planning Commission meeting. If after 4:30 p.m., forms can be filled out in person and are to be given to staff prior to the start of the meeting. Speaker testimony will be limited to three minutes with discretion of the Mayor or Chair of the meeting.

    If you would like to enter a document into the record, please send via email to with the name of the project in the subject line. All documents for the public record should be sent via email prior to 4:30 p.m. on the day of the meeting. If after 4:30 p.m., documents may be brought to the meeting and entered into the record during the Public Hearing.
