Restorative Yoga allows for one to relax deeply helping to balance out their fast paced life. Deep breathing and calming exercises during class balance the central nervous system allowing the blood pressure and emotions to slow down, putting your body at a healthier state. Restorative yoga also offers the benefit of increased flexibility as the body is giving in to gravity and not over exerting itself making the class accessible to everyone. *Must be 16 and older
